✩ Where is my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a link to your personalized tracking page.

Be sure to check your promotions or spam folder for this email if you can't find it. Please note that it can take 24-72 hours to show any sort of an update within the tracking link.

    ✩ Do you do custom decals/stickers/commissions?

    ✩ How long does it take for an order to be delivered to me?

    Our current processing times vary between 1-2 weeks. Packages are dispatched on a weekly basis and it can take an additional 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays) for your order to be delivered. We try our best to make sure we can get your goodies to you asap! Your patience is greatly appreciated :)

    ✩ My address is wrong, can I change it?

    Please double and triple-check that the address you inputted for your order is correct. If an order is mailed to an incorrect address because of an address error, it is the buyer’s responsibility for any costs incurred with resending the order. Let us know within 24 hours so we can update the address on file!

    ✩ My package is marked as delivered, but it's not there. Where is it?

    If your order says “arrived” on the tracking history and you didn't receive it, please contact your local USPS to try to locate the package. We are no longer responsible for any lost or stolen packages. It's possible it was delivered to a neighbor or it was marked delivered too early. USPS can also give you the exact GPS coordinates of where it was delivered. If after 7 business days upon being marked as "delivered" and your order still hasn't arrived, please contact us.

    ✩ My order was damaged when I received it.

    Sometimes packages are mistreated during transit. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. Email hello@tsukisorashop.com with a photo of the damage to your item(s) and the original packaging along with your order number.
