✩ Where is my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a link to your personalized tracking page.

Be sure to check your promotions or spam folder for this email if you can't find it. Please note that it can take 24-72 hours to show any sort of an update within the tracking link.

    ✩ Do you do custom decals/stickers/commissions?

    ✩ How long does it take for an order to be delivered to me?

    Our current processing times vary between 1-9 business days. Shipping takes about 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays) depending on where you live. Packages are dispatched on a weekly basis and it may take anywhere between 3-14 business days for your order to be delivered once you place your order.

    ✩ My address is wrong, can I change it?

    If an order is mailed to an incorrect/undeliverable address because of an address error, it is the buyer’s responsibility for any costs incurred with resending the order. Please let me know before your order is dispatched.

    ✩ My package is marked as delivered, but it's not there. Where is it?

    If you can't locate a delivered package, it's possible it was delivered to a neighbor! USPS can also give you the exact GPS coordinates of where it was delivered. If you still can't find it, please contact us!

    ✩ My order was damaged when I received it.

    Sometimes packages are mistreated during transit so any orders with a value of $15 or more are insured. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us for the next steps!
